Vocaboola is operated by Andreality S.L. We want you to be satisfied with our service, but we also want to be clear about our refund policy regarding digital products and subscriptions.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Generally, all purchases of virtual currency (coins), powerups, or other digital items within the Vocaboola app are final and non-refundable. These items are consumed immediately upon purchase or used within the game mechanics.

3. Subscription Refunds

If you have purchased a premium subscription, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the premium features due to a technical fault on our end that we cannot resolve within 72 hours of notification.
  • Unintentional Purchase: If you notify us within 24 hours of the transaction and have not used any of the premium features.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your account email and the transaction ID. We will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.

5. App Store / Play Store Purchases

If you made your purchase through a third-party store (like the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), you must request the refund directly through their respective platform's refund process, as we do not have direct control over those transactions.
